Os Patch Cords CAT6 U/UTP da Nexans foram projetados com condutores multifilar permitindo maior flexibilidade para manobras e aplicações de dados e voz, fazendo a interligação do cabeamento horizontal na área de trabalho ou na conexão cruzada. Utilizado em aplicações Power Over Ethernet (POE). Disponível também na versão LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) para instalação em locais com grande afluência de pessoas, como shoppings, hospitais, aeroportos, etc. Sua aplicação esta limitada na largura de banda de 250MHz, Classe E.

CONSTRUCTION

Category 6 - U/UTP:

• External flame retardant sheath, in CM and LSZH options.
• 1.5 m, 2.5 m standard size options in stock (others under consultation).
• 7 different color options for supply (Blue, Red, Gray, Black, White, Yellow and Green, others upon request).
• Individual packaging, preserving the product properties until the effective use.
• Flexible bare copper multi-wire cable assembled and tested 100% in factory, with RJ45 on both ends.

Patch Cable:

• Stranded bare copper conductor insulated by high density thermoplastic polyethylene. The conductors are twisted and assembled forming the 4 pairs core.
• A flame retardant material layer is applied over the core. RJ45 type 8-way connectors are applied on the tips.
• Nominal diameter 24AWG.

Connectors:

• High impact polycarbonate transparent flame retardant UL94-V0.
• Injected boot and with plug lock protector.
• Phosphorous bronze with 1.27µm of gold and 2.54 µm of nickel.
• Number of Cycles: 1000 RJ45.

Standard Assembly:   

• T568A (others upon request).
