Cabo unipolar de potência, com condutor de alumínio, isolação em HEPR e cobertura em PVC com resistência a UVB, para tensões até 1 kV (1500 V DC).

 

1. Condutor: Condutor de alumínio, redondo compactado, classe 2, conforme NBR NM 280;
2. Isolação: Composto termofixo à base de etileno-propileno de alto módulo (HEPR), apropriado para temperatura de operação no condutor em regime permanente de até 90°C.
3. Cobertura: Camada extrudada de cloreto de polivinila – PVC (ST2), com características especiais de resistência à chama, resistente ao UVB e livre de chumbo (isento de metais pesados). Para atender condições mais severas em instalações subterrâneas, compostos base PE podem ser mais apropriados, em função do baixo coeficiente de atrito e estanqueidade.

 

Aplicação:

Cabos para instalações fixas em sistemas DC ou AC, facilitando as conexões de equipamentos em sistemas industriais e fotovoltaicos, para aplicação em instalações fixados em suportes, bandejas, leitos, dutos ou ao ar livre sujeito ás intempéries, ou em instalações subterrâneas.
Para atender requisitos de resistência ao UVB e de resistência à queima, estes cabos são fornecidos com um revestimento de cobertura especialmente formulado para atendimento aos requisitos das normas UL 2556 e IEC 60332-1.

 

Ensaios e características mecânicas:

métodos de ensaios previstos pelas normas NBR’s complementares, e submetidos aos seguintes ensaios de recebimento:

  • Teste de continuidade e resistência elétrica máx. do condutor , referida à 20°C;
  • Tensão elétrica aplicada de 6,5 kV durante 5 min;
  • Medição da resistência de isolamento à temperatura ambiente.

Durante a instalação estes cabos são recomendados para o esforço máximo de tração nos condutores de 4 kgf/mm² e para instalação final raio mínimo de curvatura de 6 vezes (6.ø) o diâmetro externo.

 

Embalagem:

Os cabos são fornecidos normalmente em carretéis de madeira padrão NBR 11137, com lances padronizados e com as pontas seladas.
