Description
Cables EP-DRY AL - 20/35 kV
Standards
National : ABNT NBR 6251 ; ABNT NBR 7286 ; ABNT NBR NM 280Description
- Aluminium Conductor: Class 2
- Conductor shield: compound semiconductor fixed term
- Insulation: Composite fixed term ethylene propylene rubber (EPR 105) to operating temperature at conductor 105 ° C, meeting the physical requirements prescribed by NBR 6251
- Shield Insulation: Shielding non-metal-based compound semiconductor fixed term and metal shield on bare copper wires, annealed, helically applied with nominal section 6 mm²
- Coverage: Thermoplastic Compound of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) in black, taking into account physical requirements prescribed by NBR 6251, type ST2
Notes
- Identification of conductors: three-pole cable in the identification of the phases is made by means of narrow ribbon white, black and red, applied over or scoring veins Phase A, Phase B and Phase C on the cover.
- Section of the metal shield: for shielded cables section than 6 mm² due to particular conditions of short circuit Phase x Earth or in the case of tinned copper, should be asked specific cable design.
- Facilities in conduit: it is recommended that a preliminary study of the occupancy rate and duct material, including induction effects when metal.
Maximum conductor temperature
- 105 ° C in continuous service
- 140 ° C overcharging
- 250 ° C shorted
