• Dimensions and parameters determined on the basis of nominal values, therefore subject to the tolerances laid down in the specifications and manufacturing variations.
• All drawings, designs, specifications, plans and particulars of weights, size and dimensions contained in the technical or commercial documentation of Nexans is indicative only and shall not be binding on Nexans or be treated as constituting a representation on the part of Nexans, being subject to a systemic revision or update without any formal or previous communication, following the referenced standards.

1) OWNERSHIP OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION: Ownership of drawings, plans, manuals, diagrams, schematics, information, documents, etc. relating to the products offered or supplied to the customer belongs to, and shall remain with, Nexans. Should the customer receive a copy of such documents, the customer agrees not to use such drawings or other documents without the prior express written authorization of Nexans.

2) CONFIDENTIALITY: The customer shall not disclose information relating to this technical documentation to third parties without Nexans' prior written permission, nor use such information for purposes other than those related to the execution of the proposal (if accepted). Without prejudice to the above, Nexans may disclose information to third parties that are part of the same economic group as Nexans, for the purposes of executing this proposal, if necessary.
