LANsense is Nexans Intelligent Infrastructure Management (IIM) solution. It is an internet enabled hardware and software package which can automatically discover and monitor network connectivity in real-time, to ensure network connections are secure and that connectivity documentation is always 100% accurate.

The LANSense 19" data patch panels carry on-board intelligence, which remains dormant until enabled by LANSense analysers and software. The panels have in-built sensors to detect the connection status of each port and an I/O connector to link to the analysers. In this range you can choose to install the LANsense upgradeable version of the patch panel, and upgrade later by replacing the frontpanel. This white frontpanel allows the upgrade of the modular panel N521.865, making it LANsense enabled for use with LANmark EVO connectivity including LANmark-5, LANmark-6, and LANmark-6 10G EVO connectors. The frontplate is Nexans and LANsense branded and shows a perfect visual homogeneity when they are used with other Nexans products in a cabinet.

The patch panels are designed for any 19" cabinet and have 1 HU height.
